"Dipper...?" Mabel called out through the tiny holes in the hidden prison.

A young man curled in a tiny ball, cringed at the sound.

"Dipper...?" She called again.

Dipper uncurled from his position in the chamber and curled towards his sister's voice. It was the most soothing sound he heard in so long.

Dipper had lost track as to long he had been in this chamber; since there was no sunlight it was impossible to decipher how much time had passed. The only time the holes got bigger was to provide him with food, or what could be consider food.

Dipper tried his very best to be on his best behavior so he could come out, but Bill had only left in there with no intention of letting him out anytime soon. Leaving the boy with nothing but his thoughts to chip away at his sanity.

"What are... doing here Mabel?" He asked, perplexed. "You know Bill forbade you from talking to me."

"He left to for awhile... Saying something about needing to eat..." The twins shuddered about the helpless soul that would be unfortunate enough to cross paths with the deadly siren.

"Why didn't you runaway?" He asked.

"I can't leave you here Dipper." She whimpered. "If I leave, you'll die."

"But I'll die knowing you're safe."

"I can't Dipper..." She said, her voice starting to crack.

"But what can we do? There is no way you can break out of this secret chamber without Bill knowing; nor would you be able to convince him that I can be let out."

Mabel tapped her chin slightly.

"Well... Maybe I could convince him to let you out..."

"How so...?"

"What if I told him that if he wanted to make me happy, then he would have to let you out of the chamber. Then the next time he leaves for an extended period of time, we can escape."

Dipper frowned.

"Are you sure that he will fall for that? It's very hard to fool him."

"If I play it right, then I might get the advantage."

"I hope you know what you're doing Mabel..." Her brother sighed.

The young woman sighed.

"I hope so to..."

"You better leave before Bill returns. You know what will happen if you're caught here."

Mabel sighed before she retreated back to cushions to wait for the siren.

It would almost evening by the time Bill returned to the cavern, covered in blood. Mabel assumed that he killed someone, but she didn't want the details.

"Welcome back!" Mabel cried, forcing a bubbly smile on her face.

She ran to him and even pecked him on the lips; needing to play along if she wanted her plan to work.

"You seem happy..." He mused. "What have you been up to?"

"I was bored when you left; so I was pining for you to come back. I miss when you comb my hair with your claws." She pouted.

"Did you miss me, Shooting Star?" He asked, looking into her hazel eyes.

"Of course I did." She sighed. "It's quite lonely when you leave."

"Then sit with me while I comb your hair." Bill purred.

Mabel tried to hide the happy grin on her face. Her plan was working; just a little longer and then she could Bill to let her brother out of his chamber.

The two sat in silence as she let the siren comb her soft curls with his claws. The one she never wanted to admit was that she enjoyed this. Her mother was the only other person that comb her hair properly. After she died, no one seemed to do it right; then the siren had come along, reminding her of the special time she and her mother had when they did this together. Making her wonder; did she really want to go home?

Yes Bill was holding her against her will, and he was also using her brother as blackmail; but at the same time, she had grown accustomed to the siren. Feeling soothed when he combed her hair and sang her to sleep. Not only that, but he had given her everything a girl could wish for. Things that were only for princesses. How could she walk away after all that? Then again could she really leave her brother to suffer in the isolated chamber while she got to live the good life?

Mabel sighed as she looked up at him.

"Bill...?" Her voice was so tiny.

"What...?" He asked.

"I was wondering... When are you going to let my brother out of the chamber?" Trying to sound innocent.

"Why?" He asked, frowning.

"You said if he behaved that he could come out; and he's been on his best behavior." Mabel protested.

The siren shoved her to the ground.

"I made it very clear you were forbidden to speak to him and yet you disobeyed him!" He growled.

"He's my brother and you're keeping him locked up like an animal! Of course I'm going to go talk to him!" Mabel growled, looking up at the siren.

"Well then... What were the two talking about?! Idle chitchat perhaps!?" Bill demanded, barring his fangs.

"Nothing important..." Mabel answered, trying to keep her plan well hidden.

Though she really didn't seem to realize just how powerful the siren really was. She knew he was capable of magic, she just didn't know how strong it really was.

One of his powers being that he could read her mind.

He scanned her mind only to find out her little plan.

"Wanting to fool me, are you?!" He snarled, looking almost feral. "Wanting to get your brother so the two of you can escape when I turn my back?!"

"I..." Mabel didn't know what to say.

Before she could say anything else, Bill grabbed her by the hair and dragged her to the sealed off chamber. He opened it up slightly to create an opening. Dipper cringed at the large amount of light emerging inside. He looked up to see Bill throw his sister inside beside him.

Mabel looked up at the blonde with teary eyes.

"You can think of all the crafty plans you want in here with your brother!" He growled.

Mabel attempted to run out when a blue stream of energy knocked her back in.

"You can come out when you start to show signs of loyalty. Until then you and your brother can delve into your plans in here!" He then sealed the opening leaving them in the darkness.

Mabel stared at the now closed opening numbly before she sunk to her knees, weeping softly. Dipper crawled towards and hugged her tightly.

"Don't worry, Mabel..." He soothed. "We'll find a way to get out of here; and if we die, we'll die together."

Mabel rested her head under her brother's chin as she cried.

Time skip...

"Dipper...?" Mabel asked, her voice rather unhinged.

"Yeah Mabel...?" He answered, sounding just as unhinged.

"How long do you think we've been in here?" She asked. her eyes looking frantic.

"I don't know... a while... I lost track a while ago... Maybe six months... Could be longer..." He droned.

"Dipper... I need out of here..." Mabel whimpered. "I feel caged and abandoned..."

The younger twin stared at his sister. He wanted out just as badly as she did, but he noticed that she was on the verge of losing her mind. He needed to keep her calm until he figured out a way to get out of this hellhole.

"Mabel... I know you are starting to let this place get the best of you, but you need to still calm. I promise we'll get out of here, but you need to stay calm for a while longer."

"WHEN?!" She screamed. WHEN ARE WE ARE GETTING OUT OF HERE?! IF WE HAVEN'T GOTTEN OUT WHEN WE FIRST WERE PUT IN HERE, THEN WHAT'S ARE CHANCES OF GETTING OUT NOW!?"

"SCREAMING ISN'T GOING TO HELP EITHER!" Dipper screamed back. "SOMEONE IS BOUND TO FIND US!"

"WHO?! EVERYONE WE KNOW IS DEAD DIPPER! WE'RE TRAPPED IN HERE!"

"WELL MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT THAT WHEN YOU WENT WANDERING IN THE WOODS THAT DAY!" Dipper growled.

"THAT WASN'T MY FAULT DIPPER!" The older twin screamed. "GIDEON HAD TO MESS WITH SOMETHING HE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT!"

"WELL MAYBE IF YOU HAD MARRIED GIDEON NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED!" Dipper shot back.

Mabel stopped dead in her tracks.

"What do you mean..." She asked.

Dipper calmed down.

"I didn't mean that... I'm sorry..."

"No... You meant it... What do you mean I should have married Gideon?"

Dipper looked down at the ground.

"I know Gideon's a jerk, but he would've provided more than Grunkle Stan and I ever could. You never would've had to worry about when you would eat again. You would've had beautiful dresses to wear. You wouldn't of had to waste your life away as a seamstress; making dresses for wealthy women instead of yourself."

"I didn't care about that Dipper... I had you and Grunkle Stan, and that was enough for me. No amount of jewels and dresses would amount to what I had with you two."

The younger twin looked into his sister's eyes.

"That's why you didn't marry Gideon?" He asked.

"I didn't love him. I wanted to stay with the people I loved." She said, cracking. "And if that means we die together in here... Then it is what is..."

Dipper crawled towards her and hugged her tightly.

"I couldn't let them take you anyway." He said, softly. "I wouldn't let you be taken away to an unhappy marriage."

Mabel returned the hug.

"I know." She said, smiling tearfully.

The two sat in this position for quite awhile until they noticed the opening to the chamber being unsealed and light bursting through.

The twins curled away from the painful light, not being used to it in so long.

The cautiously looked up to see Bill leaning the doorway, looking at the two in pity.

"Tsk tsk tsk... I thought that keeping you two in here may have shown some improvement, but it seems that you may have gotten worse." The siren sighed.

Dipper snarled at him like a wild animal.

"Yes you definitely seem to have gotten worse." He laughed.

He slithered towards them looking down at Mabel. Who was clinging to Dipper tightly, trembling at the mere sight of the siren who had kept her in here like an animal.

"Stay away from my sister!" Dipper growled.

Bill rolled his visible before he threw Dipper against the wall. Well the young man was dazed, the siren focused his attention on the young woman trembling on the ground.

He gently scooped her up in his arms, petting her messy hair.

"Are you going to be a good girl?" He purred.

She nodded.

"Will there be no talking or considering of leaving?" He asked.

She nodded her head.

He smiled as he kissed her lips.

"What a good little pet... You're now starting to see things my way..."

Dipper looked at the siren and his sister in horror.

He was about to say something when he felt the siren hold him in place.

"I think it's about time I let you out as well." He laughed. "I would feel better if I kept in eye on you. Seeing you're keeping your sister from coming to terms with things."

"To submit to a monster like you?!" He growled.

"You and your sister both belong to me; and if you were smart Pine Tree, you would show some obedience. Or perhaps you may find yourself suffering some unrepairable damage." Bill threatened, showing the young man his sharp teeth.

"I'm going to get my sister out of here Bill! You're not going to me or her like your toys much longer!"

"Oh Pine Tree you're just so precious! You actually think you're going to stop me!" He laughed.

Dipper glared at the siren.

"You aren't going to be laughing much longer! I guarantee it!"

Bill chuckled before kissing the boy on the lips making him cringe.

"Perhaps you might, but until then..." He latched a chain around Dipper's neck.

"Start walking..."

Dipper swallowed a sob as he followed the siren and his sister out of the chamber. Wondering how they were going to escape.
Well this is getting a lot darker than I had intended. This is going to have a dark ending... Just how dark it's going to be I don't...
